Panasche Boutique specializes in designing and creating custom-made blouses tailored to each customer’s measurements, design preferences, and fabric selection. Every product is individually crafted and is not mass-produced.
- Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after:
- Required measurements have been received.
- Design and customization details are finalized.
- Payment (full or partial, where applicable) has been successfully processed.
- Any customer-provided fabric has been received, if applicable.
Once production begins, design changes may not be possible.
- Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.
If measurements are submitted incorrectly, Panasche Boutique cannot be held responsible for fitting issues arising from inaccurate information. We recommend using our measurement guide or scheduling a consultation for greater accuracy.
- Customization
Each blouse is handcrafted based on your selected:
- Neckline
- Sleeve style
- Back design
- Fabric
- Embellishments
- Measurements
- Other customization preferences
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in embroidery, embellishments, colors, or fabric texture may occur.
- Fabric
Customers may:
- Choose from our available fabric collection, or
- Provide their own fabric.
Panasche Boutique is not responsible for defects, shrinkage, or quality issues in customer-supplied fabric.
- Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional customization costs will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
- Payment
We accept payments through secure payment gateways.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Panasche Boutique does not store complete payment or card information.
- Production & Delivery
Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design.
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Peak festive or wedding seasons
- Material availability
- Courier delays
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Estimated delivery dates should be treated as approximate.
- Shipping
We ship across India and to selected international destinations.
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
- Alterations
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If minor fitting adjustments are required, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Alteration support is subject to our alteration policy and may require the garment to be returned.
- Returns & Exchanges
As every blouse is made exclusively for an individual customer:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products due to change of mind, incorrect customer measurements, or personal preference.
- Returns or replacements will only be considered in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect order fulfillment.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.
- Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and branding, is the property of Panasche Boutique unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
Panasche Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

- Delivery delays
- Customer measurement errors

- Customer-supplied fabrics
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
